Our firm is approved as a student training office by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.

The founding partners, Bill Cox and Bill Merritt, have been joined by Chris Morrison and Craig Gordon. Bob Barr, a partner now retired, has remained with us in a consulting capacity so that the firm and our clients continue to benefit from his years of experience. We have a solid group of qualified and experienced professional staff supporting all the partners.
